I had this problem which I only noticed when I got my mavic. Had the battery replaced free of charge using the above link and haven't had any problems since!

DHL emailed and text me first and a couple of hours later DJI emailed to confirm too. By the time I checked online the shipping status had changed too

Got a text from from DHL with a delivery date, ordered my mavic only on October 22nd

I have been following this for a few weeks now and have been keeping a close eye on their twitter pages. DJI support on twitter are saying all orders placed with them before November 3rd will be fullfield by December 29th. They did also mention there will be a shipping update on the mavic this...
