I'm not real far from you, a few degrees south. My M3 is impeccable where I'm at, it's always windy and always cold. I fly often in not so good conditions, yet the M3 is rock solid. Fly safe and use common sense.
I was one of their first of many pilots in 2015, payment at first was decent and quick. My last 3 missions amounted to decent deal to be able to do all them in a few hours, but the pay system needs to be fixed. It took about 10 days to get paid.
I have a good deal on a Air2s in classified, maybe good enough for you to get add the RC.

I noticed this happening on the my M3P yesterday after rebinding with the RC. The flight before on the A2S flew fine. I thought it was temp or turbulence related, the temp was 19 F and calm. I'll do further research.
Been there done that. To be clear, you will only be able to drop a small portion of the ashes at a time, however you can put some fun into the ceremony by letting the relatives fill the container for multiple lifts.
