Yes the quality of the pictures is terrible the video also unless I download it to the computer from the SD card. I’ll try clearing the cache a see if that helps

Hello, I have a Mavic two pro and when I record videos it only records to the SD card not my iPhone which it did in the past. It does record photos to both SD card and iPhone in the DJIGO4 app. Anybody know why this is happening and how I can remedy the situation? Thanks

When I press the photo button it takes a photo when I press the video button it just beeps

Yes the SD card is in and being recognized it saves photos it just will not let me switch to video, it had worked in the past. It also does not let me use active track or any of those modes because it’s not in video mode

My Mavic pro is stuck in photo mode it will not switch to video any ideas? Thanks in advance
