The one thing that impresses me every time with Litchi is the 'terrain follow' for waypoint surveys - the single huge advantage... but everyday use? you'd have to walk a farmyard mile to equal GO4 and I really doubt it will ever be bettered. -
DThat's only for Part 107 flights as set out in 107.51. It is not part of the recreational exemption, 49 U.S. Code § 44809, which has a hard limit of 400 ft above ground level.

DTechnically, legally, you can even fly 400 feet over the top of the tower. As long as you're not doing it for compensation.

DNo offense taken. To clarify, my reply was specific to the OP's described rural location and desire of a presumably profitable drone-based business, without any specific niche in mind that he know would be profitable. There is huge future growth...
