It's probably not what you want to hear, but you are late to the party. Real estate drone work has been a race to the bottom from the beginning. Listing real estate agents are notoriously stingy and unwilling to spend their own money on drone... -

DJI no longer has apps in the Google Play store. They only make those downloads available on their website.
