You mean if the drone is damaged or lost so they can't access it perhaps.
If I give DJI access to them in the cloud, can I remove them from the controller if there's a warranty claim or do they disappear from the cloud also then?
I forgot to mention it's a Mavic 4 Pro with a DJI RC Pro 2 controller. Can't they just use the DAT flight logs on the drone if there's a warranty claim?
