It's been a really long time without a response from DJI. I have put in two support tickets with them. Is this typical for DJI support? If so, I can't see myself purchasing another DJI product.

I typically set the RTH to 100 or 200 feet depending on how far I plan to fly and the wind at each height during the flight. I can’t recall what it was set to for this particular flight.
