I am an old man who lives in Ayrshire who flies a Mavic 2 Pro and a few other DJI drones.
I too am wondering too of any drone flying clubs around these parts. Seems to be only aeroplanes and the likes.
I have a multiple selection of li-po's rangeing from 1s to 6s and keeping them at 3.85v per cell. Checking them every 2-3 months. Some are up to 6 years old. In total about over 30 batteries and I haven't came across a swollen cell yet.
I guess I will keep on doing what I'm doing.
Sorry to all who have lost or crashed their MM's.
My thoughts on the matter is size and power matters when it comes to air currents. I'm sure DJI will iron out any shortfalls on their firmware.
