And had there been an accident/incident it would likely have been the fault of the ultralight- failure to maintain proper altitude and careless and wreck less (buzzing people)
ACs are not regulatory... but failing to follow advisories involving an accident/incident would likely fall under careless and reckless.
I believe that the ultralight is required to be 500 feet away from buildings or people unless taking off or landing.
The are around 3db quieter, but the apparent noise level appears less.
It was a bit windy, but the Air stayed reasonably stable with both sets of props. The MAS seemed a little more stable with the gain set to the recommended values.
