I never did figure it out. It still seemed to happen when I turned off the obstical sensing. I was considering swapping out the front Vision but didn't. It flies just fine but with RTH being wonky I suspect that during a signal disruption the emergency the won't work when needed.

Yeah, that's about the right price. Watch some repair videos first and know what tools you will need. Get or borrow a decent soldering iron if possible.. And I recommend a set of tweezers when you de-solder and re-solder the wires to maintain control. Flux will make a much better solder joint.

i have a Mavic Air 1 that did this.. I would never determine why. It seemed to emergency stop every few feet on the way back.. Then carry on.

The only way this can happen is if the props are mixed up or if there was a repair and the motors were hooked up incorrectly.

It must represent the production information I would assume.

Was the Mavic Air actually supported in version 1.1.2 or was that before it was released?

Depends if you value being able to fly far BVLOS (may not be 'legal' where you are) more than collision avoidance features. Mini2: better signal/range, quieter, flight time MA: collision avoidance, stronger motors, stability.

I recently received the downward vision sensor error on the Mini1. I swapped out the Downward vision sensor from another unit and the unit works fine but now I need to find another Downward Vision Sensor. Does anyone know where to find these? or... does anyone have a junk mini motherboard they...

Thanks for the tip. I was (and still am) having issues with my phone with Android 8.1. I just tried using my other Android 9 device and the live-feed worked just fine. Maybe they removed support for android 8?

Ok, I tried reinstalling the app but the live-feed is still very very slow and laggy.

Yeah, I think I have the same thing. I did the RC update this morning and the live view in photo mode is so slow to update it is useless.. It's just a frozen screen most of the time. Video live-feed is fine.

I made a separate post but with all the latest updates my live-feed view is next to useless. It is frozen most of the time in photo mode.. Maybe it is related to above. Something bugged up the MA2!

I just updated to the latest MA2 RC firmware I saw available this morning and Fly-App and now the live feed is stuck or froze in photo mode. If I flip over to video it's baggy but ok. Photo mode shows the single static image. Anyone else see this?
