Can someone who recently bought a Mavic 2 tell me the firmware out of the box? OR e.g. do all Mavics produced after 11/2019 already have .0510 or ist it still below. Thanks

I can confirm a restart in mid air with a mavic 2 is possible. Done three times worked three times. 50m altitude loss including stabilization. Altitude does NOT reset. Tried some simulations with my mavic mounted under a RC helicopter without blades. Some restarts reset altitude some not....idk.

So a midair restart will reset the altitude...?! A way to go over 500m ground, isnt it Just in theorie, of course..

Some weeks ago I had a similar incident. I flew a little out of sight as I suddenly lost connection. Didnt worry at first just waited for it to return. But it didnt. So I got worried XD. Prepared for the worst, went to search... [... long story...] found it at last. Droped from propably...

Can you actually confirm (again) that we talk from a Mavic 2? Obviously it works with the MP but I see no hint for a MP2. Besides this I did not manage to start my motors under simulated situations like a fall. Everything not standing still or flat no way to start the motors. Hard to believe it...

It is good to see the option in DJI Go now. And I will use it sometimes. But litchi still has big advantages. Biggest one is offline and max speed! 29 kph vs 52kph is a huge difference if you need distance. But unfortunately litchi does not support FCC hack in EU. So I think we will still need...
