Hi, Recently sent in Mavic 4 pro with a faulty right front arm (clicking noise) under warranty, Excellent customer service with DJI and very fast turnaround. Less than a week from drop off via Post Office to receiving replacement brand new unit.
I had this happen to me where it only started on half power and therefore had to shut down & restart. I believe when I did restart the drone it was at arms length, where as before it was closer and may have triggered sensors off more than is normal.

Hi,
I noticed this weekend stress crack around USB port cover. Treat her like a baby, stored in hard case, batteries always inserted whilst holding it.
I had doubts when I purchased mine from DJI website. As you can see I am from UK & although was informed it would be RC Pro was delivered the following day shipped within the UK.
