The only recent DJI consumer drone with native waypoint support and Litchi support is the Mini 4 Pro. That drone is supported with the new Litchi Pilot app. Obviously, the older DJI drones such as the Mavic 2 Pro would also do what you want...
You would set up camera actions at the waypoints where a photo is to be captured. In the Mission Hub, select the waypoint. A waypoint dialog will appear. Add any appropriate "actions" to this waypoint.
The official DJI app for the Mini 2 SE is called "DJI Fly", NOT "DJI GO Fly", and it's NOT available in the Google Play Store.

The only drone that works with the DJI RC2 and with Litchi (actually Litchi Pilot) is the Mini 4 Pro. I know of no one who has installed third party apps on either the RC or RC2.
However, the new Litchi Mission Hub is able to output a DJI KMZ...
