Well, for one thing, the Predator is owned and operated by the military and the helicopter would almost certainly be used by civilian police. Some of us object to using the military on our own citizens exercising their Constitutional rights. -

What's the difference between a drone and a police helicopter with a much better camera flying around overhead? Our local police helicopters no longer return to base after completing a call. They are in the air continuously, flying around...
