    As far as I've been able to discover, the front LEDs are on all the time unless you're recording, in which case they go off (presumably to prevent any possible glare on your video).

    Yes, you do lose the zoom feature. So re-aquiring FPV is not worth losing the zoom feature in my book. Perhaps DJI will fix FPV in a later fw version.

    I discovered the same issue. Followed your suggestion to downgrade fw and that fixed it.
