He did not charge extra for import fees and shipped two day FedEx. Best price I found. Seller was castletown-odawara. He does sell M4P kits as well. Sent some cool origami squares as a gift.

Normally it is on the declaration with prepaid items. Or it would be an additional sheet, but indicating fees paid and under what rules. Just trying to suss...
