Hi all, Sorry to resurrect an old thread, I had the same issue as the OP (Marty) yesterday. Thankfully it also happened about 50 ft above my home and had full controller response. Just wondering how the testing went and if anyone's experienced similar issues with the smart controller?

Ya she was pretty big, was changing batteries but just got back up in time :D

Hi all, I got my mavic 2 pro with smart controller just before new year. Really love it and am gradually gaining more confidence, it's bit of a step up from my old spark! Living in southern Ireland, and hope to develop my photography skills, haven't any video experience but keen to learn that too.

I've ordered the Mavic 2 pro with smart controller and fly more combo pack from e-infin.com for €1925, was best price I could find. They have very positive reviews, hopefully will get it next week!
