Found a fix. Ordered a smart hub off of amazon and it seems to bypass the driver issue on the laptop and the moment I plugged it in...found both the micro SD and the SSD inside the mavic cine. Ran several tests transferring files both to and from the drone's SSD and did not find any issues...

I tried multiple cables as well and it did not resolve my issue. Same cables in older laptop no issue connection to drone drives.

Also wanted to mention that the entire time the drone is plugged into the laptop, the (see photo attached)..not sure the tech name) but where you find your ip address etc, flashes rapidly almost in sequence to the drone navigation lights. And I also get the same ding/ding as it is finding the...

I don't think the Dell is the issue. Mine is a MSI and I also tried it on a ASUS. Both are gaming setups with dedicated video cards and Thunderbolt 4 ports. I will look into getting a docking station...that might be a good temp fix...thanks for the suggestion.

yes. I installed the newest DJS assistant. That was one of the first things I tried and no luck.

Just got a new PC (not running Windows 11) and cannot get the laptop to find the drives on the Mavic 3 when plugged in. However I can plug the Mavic 3 into an older laptop and it finds both the SSD drive and the microSD drive without issues. Tried it on another new laptop also running...
