If you want to film in Portugal, you will have to get prior approval from ANAC which typically takes up to few working days. There's a great article that covers about the drone laws in Portugal.
Well this is certainly an interesting twist from DJI. The battery in product teaser did suggested that it is likely going to be a drone or robot. Although I am glad that is not something I am going to spend my money on.
Looks like you didn’t locked in GPS prior to launching your drone which caused the drone to fly unsteadily. From what you shared looks like to be scratches. But if you see something that is not right, you should go and get it checked.

The chance of meeting FAA agents is very rare as their role mainly focuses on educating the people about regulations and airspace safety. However based on my experience, they are helpful and provide support in accessing to the resources for permissions to fly in restricted airspaces.
I would ask the seller for some additional information like flight log, how long he has them and where he bought it from. Aside from that, it is a really good deal!
