Looks like you didn’t locked in GPS prior to launching your drone which caused the drone to fly unsteadily. From what you shared looks like to be scratches. But if you see something that is not right, you should go and get it checked.

Tbh, I think it is possible that DJI might be making Spark 2. The specifications definitely are major upgrades and because of its compact size, it would appeal to a large portion of the consumer market given how simple the Spark drone is. However, I think if DJI truly wants to expand the series...

I prefer my Mavic Pro over this anytime, all day long.

The chance of meeting FAA agents is very rare as their role mainly focuses on educating the people about regulations and airspace safety. However based on my experience, they are helpful and provide support in accessing to the resources for permissions to fly in restricted airspaces.

I would ask the seller for some additional information like flight log, how long he has them and where he bought it from. Aside from that, it is a really good deal!
