Droning on and on... replied to the thread Goggles.From what I can find googling, the N3 supports audience mode and should work with the Goggles 2 in broadcast mode. So you should be able to fly the Avata with the Goggles 2, enable broadcast mode, and your friend can "ride along" wearing the N3...
