Unfortunately they do not have sufficient power to operate the drone under all conditions. Perhaps there will be a firmware update in the future... -

Thank you, again. The coordinates led me to it and after poking around in the snow, success. Knocked off the snow and ice, Dried it off, and installed a fresh battery. Good to go!! -

Correct. Each drone can only be bound to one controller at a time.
