iPhones don't work with RID on DJI drones because wifi NAN/beacon protocol is restricted by iOS and can't be configured by Drone Scanner. The modules you are successfully detecting are using Bluetooth to broadcast RID. DS on most Android phones will see wifi broadcast RID.

Sounds like it might be the "Jello effect" that occurs due to prop/motor vibration interacting with the camera rolling shutter. You can address this with ND filters to change the shutter speed when filming. See this:
