I bought my Mavic 3 off ebay last year from a reseller that sold "replacement units". Long story short it was overheating and had been assigned to a controller already, which meant it was a brick. I even took the top off and found out the heat sink fan was not even attached with thermal paste...

Yikes, I've heard of that selling issue. I agree you just have to keep your wits about you. I just feel bad that someone might fall for it. I can see a no-returns on a legit item, but I guess you have to let their anti-fraud kick in as well.

Geeze, I tried for 10 minutes to simply find a way to report this item as fraud on eBay. By the time I figured out the process, the last line before hitting submit is that I agree I am certifying myself as a law enforcement officer! :mad: Seriously eBay? Anyhow these seller(s) just showed...

You will be amazed how filters will change your life shooting sunsets ::) The color balancing, even in auto mode, is phenomenal. You can take a sunset that is washed out and enhance it to look even more engaging. :) I use Freewell filters on my Mavic 3 and S23 phone, and Neewer on my Mini Pro 3.

Interesting for sure.

To me it looks like an impact distorted the battery. If it popped out just slightly and the drone wasn't hovering, I can see an initial loss of signal, followed by a decaying flight path that would eventually let the battery fall out. If it was hovering it MIGHT have been able to say connected...

Well if you pull some serious G's for a few seconds you could get something close to vertical! 🤣
