Hi, I'd say, in your situation, go for it. If you'd said you already own a Mini 3 Pro then I'd have advised you to save your money. You only live once mate, go for the Mini 4 and enjoy, it's a cracking drone.

Completely agree with this. My own experience is that the M3Pro gives excellent 48MP results in bright conditions, and sometimes unpredictable results when in low light. I'm a bit late to the party but as others have already said, the Mini 3 Pro is quiet, and once up in the air 20 or 30 metres nobody will hear it in even a moderately built up area.
