To save some time just select one best exposed of the 3 aeb images in LR and just stitch the 9 best you have selected. The final result (for me) is as good an HDR merge. - saves a bit of time; one Preview and one render.

The DJI Go stitch JPG is sometimes ok but more often not that good at skies - I always take images in DNG -then stitch in LightRoom (Photomerge - Panorama).

My method of flying doesn't require pre-planning - BUT I use my drone and Litchi exclusively for panoramic photos. Litchi gives you a lot of control over how you can take a Pano; very limited control in most other programmes. So for me, stills photographer, Litchi is still needed.
As has already been said - I use ‘UAV Forecast’ and ‘Windy’ Apps - both available on App Store.
Top Tip don’t fly a long way downwind if you can possibly help it - if you do and things look a bit iffy consider dropping to the lowest safe height and fly home in sports mode.
I solved the problem by carefully wrapping an inch or so of masking tape trimmed to 1/2 inch (1.5cm) wide around the filter cap. Gave me enough grip on the tape to unscrew the filter. Low tack tape came off without residue. Job done!
