I consistently bump into power lines as I use my mac air to pull out a winch line to place new lines on power poles. The prop looks like you hit a bigger acsr line. The small distribution lines dont usually cause issues. Bigger acsr wire will break a prop. As far as liquid goes I highly doubt it...
