I would suggest recalibrating the IMU. I had odd drifting a month back and while not exactly like your it won't hurt anything by trying.

I just wanted to close the loop on my comment and issue with drifting. I solved mine with an IMU calibration.

So my drifting was solved with a IMU calibration. It's back to normal. Note on the log. The VPS and IMU altitude are almost perfectly in agreement now.

I have to also have complain about drifting just after take off. Since the most recent firmware update. Just after taking off it will drifting as much as 4 or 5 feet before I interveen. It will usually lose altitude also. Attached log so less guessing, but something is very different than it...

Firstly thank you much for the quick response. Thanks again for the info. So that wouldn't explain the drifting and altitude drop just after take off. Otherwise flights seem fine.
