I'm having the EXACT same issue. The camera had issues last year when I bought it and they replaced it with a replacement in August 2018. I'm the SAME situation as you and barely use it but every time I do it's blurry. Sometimes resetting the Gimbal or recalibrating or resetting camera...
They just had me go to my DJI Go 4 App and go to my flight records section and just synch it so all my flight records would update to their server. I'm not sure what all they can see but every single one of my flights is recorded there and I can see a simulation of each flight. How far I...
They sent me a label and it went UPS ground back to them. It went to Grapevine, Texas which is right outside of Dallas near the airport. It took 4 days to get to them once I sent it. The great thing is they have an online status that was totally accurate and up to date. Once they got it, it...
I had this same sort of problem a few weeks ago. I've NEVER crashed. Out of nowhere my gimbal was all jello and kept going crazy and wouldn't stay up. I got the calibrate error, etc. The gimbal with DJI has a 6 month warranty and I went to their website and they generated a label to send in...
That's a great video! Thanks for taking the time to post it. I know exactly what you're talking about with the wind. I just ran into the same type of thing. Mine was 2 miles short to where I was due to the strong wind. Fortunately I was able to find it as it safely landed. But flying in...
Yes, I had it in Sport Mode but the wind was so strong it literally wouldn't go faster than 7 MPH.
Yes, I did come lower but I had to be careful as there were a lot of mountains around there as well. But I did lower it but the wind was really strong even on the ground. If you watch the...
I flew last weekend in Boulevard, California near the Mexican border and extreme wind gusts. Probably over 40MPH winds. The Mavic Pro flies really well and surprisingly the video was really stable too. The only issue is not flying too far because when you are trying to come back it barely...
I don't think anyone really gets the Mavic Pro expecting some super high quality professional shots. I'm getting pretty good photos and videos but for photos I'm shooting in RAW and then editing in Photoshop and they are coming out pretty good. For videos I'm needing to color correct in Final...
Oh yeah I'm glad too. I wasn't ignoring it and keeping a close watch on the battery but the wind picked up tremendously. That's one thing I think that people really have to keep in mind in really windy areas.
I agree Lake areas are great. So are wide open parks. Also, I know a bit further out but you could get some amazing shots out by the Bay area. I love flying my Mavic Pro around the ocean and the beach watching surfers.
I'm amazed at how well the GPS system works on the DJI 4 App. I was camping with my daughter at Lansing Ranch in Boulevard, California which is right near the Mexican border. Amazing place to fly as there is no interference at all and you can fly about 4 miles away.
It was crazy windy but...
Hi Kantoosion. Yeah, Black Mountain area would be perfect to meet up so definitely send me a PM and we can coordinate. My first flight I went out about 8,000 feet (1.5 miles). The second time the other day I was golfing over at Torrey Pines and on the way back home I pulled over in Del Mar...
