I ordered 2 of them a month ago and they sat in the amazon "waiting to be shipped' purgatory. I just canceled them and got my money back. They kept pushing the ship date out and I didnt want to risk losing my money.

You can quote any and all laws that are actually on the books, but if no agency is actively enforcing the law, then the law effectively does not exsit.

The part that gets me on all of this is putting up a few lbs of drone to capture this is being contested, but I could go rent a helicopter and capture the literal exact same footage and somehow thats okie dokie. These people making these laws are something else.
