Definitely do not need programming experience to use Dronelink. Do need to watch some of the videos in the Dronelink 101 series to learn how to properly use it.

Have you gone through some of the videos? There's a lot there and always best to go slow to start and get comfortable with the automation... To the question above about fly aways, because Dronelink requires connection to the controller, I think you'll have the least possibility for fly aways.

In the cases where I do lose connection, RTH will kick in - all good. I make sure I my RTH altitude set properly, and I've never ever had a fly away. If I want to do the mission , I'l move closer to where the drone needs to fly. That's been how I've done things... Again, while we will...
