If you fly a UAV long enough your going to have encounters with birds.
I have had a Peregrine falcon dive bomb my Phantom 4, I had a bald eagle snatch my phantom 4 from the sky and drop it in a river. Ospreys love to dive and pester my Mavic 2 Pro as do hawks.
Vultures seem to be a bit put...
I think a lot of the debate about flying over private property is context and what exactly your doing.
If your hovering your drone of someone's pool then you can see the context.
Taking off on public property and flying over private property no law outside the FAA has jurisdiction of the air...
It's the same sensor that's on the Google Pixel from 2016.
This may look like a Mavic 2 Pro but it's closer to a Mavic Air.
I am all for invitation this is really nothing new. Other companies need to give DJI some competition to drive innovation.
DJI has so much of the Drone market share...
Very good list!
My kit:
5 batteries
Car Charger
Ipad Pro 11"
Polar Pro ND filters 8-32 with matching PL (never really use)
Short Braided USB-C cord
Skyreat Controller Mount for the iPad.
Pelican Hard Case.
The iPad fits in the hardcase lid and makes for a complete kit.
=)
I think Polar Pro or one of the other companies has a filter for night shots. Basically removing the orange and yellow of lights.
I saw a Youtube video on it. I just use the stock the UV filter that came with the drone.
Awesome video great advice and good points.
Now a bit of feedback if I may =) .
Pull back a bit from your face. Your eyes are very blue but the closeness of the shot is very distracting at least to me IMO.
Great video over all!!
I had a Peregrine Falcon dive bomb my Inspire 1 a few years back.
I Mean he came out of his stoop (dive) and let out a scream.
Scared me more than the Inspire scared him lol.
Bald Eagle basically used my P4 as a toy and dropped it in a river. Never did see that drone again.
Share there...
Landing pad for the Mavic's is the most important IMO.
By the way if anyone happened to find my Landing pad on a beach in Connemara Ireland where I left it I would like it returned lol!!
I have never had an issue with Vultures being aggressive towards my drone.
Hawks Eagles Falcons and Ospreys have all had a go at my drones.
Had a Falcon Dive bomb my Inspire 1, had a Bald Eagle attack my Phantom 4 and drop it in a river and a Osprey come really close for an inspection.
I...
HRD is not shooting mode per say. It takes one HDR type shot. That's why you can't shoot in RAW and take it out of Auto.
My best results have been to shoot in Manual and ALWAYS shoot in RAW (if your not comfortable with manual then Aperture priority or "A" will work stay below F5.6 as this is...
The sticker from the IAA will come in the post in time. I got mine in 2 weeks. As long as you paid the 5 Euro or what ever it is I don't remember.
As far as the pre check goes it won't hurt. I didn't have to remove any of my electronics from my carry on bag with Pre Check. I put the mavic in...
For traveling? YES 100% no doubt about it the M2P is better than the I2 for traveling hands down.
There are subtle/noticable differences in image quality, but this is a trade off for portability.
Unless your traveling for a Hollywood studio and need near perfect cinematic footage then there is...
