I have had my Mavic just over 12 months, almost 500 flights. I have never been asked for a calibration! Last June I traveled to Greece and Germany, flew there and also Austria and Czec Republic. Never a problem there or on return. TBH I had intended to do a calibration but forgot. :)

What chance there will be an Apple version of this?

My new Pelican Case was delivered today. Much more protection than from the soft DJI bag although I will probably fly with the soft bag. It is lighter for 'Carry On' luggage. As a bonus the iPad mini fits in too.

Excellent thank you, I thought it was to do with being able to view on tv, maybe that was from pre-digital age. I figured out the Sim mode so no props there now.
