I'm not entirely (like 10%) convinced a drone can cause "electrocution of the heart" and result in a valve repair.
Sounds more like the kid had an undiagnosed issue perhaps exacerbated by the drone strike.
Technically if the drone is registered, it must transmit an RID signal. So once you register it, you can no longer legally use the smaller batteries that turn off RID.

well, this kind of answer "how" they do it. I wasn't comparing anything, just knew that you can transmit through a lot of solid objects from a normal transmitter and expect such a solid signal. thanks
Im just saying that there’s no empirical evidence to suggest that anything abnormal is going on even when they brought in the most sophisticated equipment we got.
