The SC is linked to the aircraft, no problem, right out of the box. I can control the gimbal with it. It's trying to activate the SC that is the problem. I am at my wits end. $2400 for this package and it might as well be a paper weight.

No memory card in the remote controller. And yes, I’ve verified it’s connected to the WiFi. I’m able to brouse the DJI website with it.

I’ve used the cable to update the firmware, but not activate. How do you do that?
