These things are entirely understandable. When I got my first drone - a Phantom - there were few if any rules. Today you can buy a drone and be entirely clueless. I agree that drone sales could possibly come only after passing a TRUST test or...

it used to be that all off the DJI craft sold in Australia had CASA pamphlets in them, but i have noticed this is no longer the case with the last couple i have bought
