    Do you have a folder in your public documents called AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2? C:\Users\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\2.0 Inside that folder you should have 2 files called mc_dec_hevc.dll and mc_enc_hevc.dll If you havent got them, that will be your problem.
