Today I received an email from FAA "Recreational Flyers – Interim Safety Guidance Available to Explain How, When and Where You Can Fly Your Drone". It lists 8 conditions for recreational flyers. #7 caught my eye: Pass an aeronautical knowledge and safety test. Do the rules take effect...- f64
