I ordered a Air3S in late November, the order got held in Customs in Atlanta and DJI finally said that I should cancel my order, get the refund and purchase an Air 3 from a US distributer, which is what I did.

I ordered the 3s on Nov 20th thru DJI. It was shipped and ended up it Atlanta. For 10 days, I communicated with both DJI and DHL, I gave them my SS#, I filled a CBP Form 5106, and finally DJI said they would resend another unit. It too went Atlanta, after 6 days of no movement, DJI Support...
