Mine used to work and has stopped and the error message I get says it's already connected to another mobile device.

My mini 3 just started doing this to me the other day. It used to work just fine. I know I can transfer using a card reader but there are times I like using the DJI app to edit and post real quick. Is there a way to fix this or even get the DJI app for PC?

I can't get my Mav air 2 I active track mode. There is no control on the left side of the screen to select to put it into p mode.
