Hi, no not really. It seems more stable with the latest FW, but not really solid. One thing I've noticed with FW.900 (not sure if it did it before) is when first powering up, when in ATTI mode it is still, as soon as it gets GOS lock and switches to GOS mode it instantly drifts to the left...

Sell the mavic and get a phantom 4 pro. Job done

Polar Pro, who sell filters for the mavic, have a great app (for iOS at least) that calculates exactly which filter to use for any given condition. It's a little confusing to start with but works perfectly, and it's free. Cheers

I think he did that to "test" the update, which is a lot more than all the .0400 naysayers are doing!!

Is it possible this info gathering is just part of the beta testing to ensure accuracy?

I really appreciated the review. Another test might have been done in reverse; start at the Mavic and keep moving further away till the signal is lost? You'd know for sure the maximum distance.

I've done the upgrade and flown (briefly) without issue. What is annoying is the disclaimer window comes up every time the Go4 app is launched and connected to the remote and needs to be accepted. I'd expect that once you agree, you agree...

I was at a fireworks display on the Gold Coast tonight and counted at least three drones in the sky. From where I was, they all looked to be over people and buildings. One guy landed what looked like a mavic on the footpath just off the main road. I hope they were all properly licensed...

Update: Whilst I haven't flown, mavic connects with Hangar 360 and Drone Pan no problem. Go back to Go4 and connection lost... Must be an issue with the latest Go4 on iOS.

Hi guys, in Oz as well on the Gold Coast, and have found the latest firmware and app very good. Until today not an issue that I've noticed or found (one gimbal twitch in fixed wing mode). Real issue is I did try wifi mode but no luck. Flashes up "Ready to go GPS" then "Signal Lost". Camera...

First flight with .0700 today, started motors and got a IMU calibration error. Stopped motors and error cleared, restarted motors and all okay. Have never had any calibration errors in the past...
