Have you tried charging either of the other two batteries inside the drone, instead of the hub?

You meant Fahrenheit and not centigrade (which is what Celsius used to be.... before some smart-arse decides to nit-pick... which is inevitable). It's Celsius by default in the UK, hence the misapprehension (no small 'f' after your 'degrees').
