The speed of the flashing LED's on the battery that is accepting charge suggests you're using a charging brick that is less than 30watt output.
It may be that the charger can't draw enough power to even check the charge state of the other two...
Ah! You meant Fahrenheit and not centigrade (which is what Celsius used to be.... before some smart-arse decides to nit-pick... which is inevitable).
It's Celsius by default in the UK, hence the misapprehension (no small 'f' after your 'degrees').
Experience. I've seen one of my batteries register an internal temperature well in excess of 20°c just after landing... so saying +10°c above ambient was very conservative.
