@MS Coast The photo below was shot at 1.3", the waves looked nicer. I wanted to achieve "smokey waves".

I just check exact shutter speed, it was 1 sec not more. I'm not worried about the white foam but the rest of the scene. 2 secs exposure would give even nicer effect. Not sure though, I should test it. I ordered ND2000, I'll try this weekend.
