So I had the issue also with my replacement Mavic 4 Pro, but nowhere as severe as the first one. I noticed, though, after a few days of flying that it was happening less and less. Now after a week of regular use, I am not getting false warnings...
Oh no, sorry to hear you are having that issue, too. You would think DJI would have obstacle avoidance sensors figured out by now.

It is simply an issue where the sensors are reporting obstacles where there are none.
Talked to DJI support and they looked at logs and video of what was happening on the controller and determined it was some sort of an electrical/hardware issue...
