That is just a screen pixel interpolation. In reality there are tiny clearly defined sand ripples there. If you try to zoom in more the details should be distinguishable even in these low res pics

The black lines are shadows created by the low sun on the sand dunes. The reason why some of the shadow edges are sharp and some soft and blurry is that the sand was blown in strong wind accross the surface creating softness in some areas (longer shutter speed). I think it adds a bit of mystery...

They probably do not look all that interesting in this small size but when printed large the fine intricate details come to life and that adds another layer of interest to the photos. They are meant to be viewed next to each other as triptich. What do you think?

They are not imaginary. They might be inconsequential to you but that does not mean they do not exist. If someone is asking question if the M4P is a worthy upgrade to M3P people might have different opinion about that and that can only help the OP to decide.

Thanks for your CC. I will look into it but unfortunately there is no data in the specular highlights (reflection of the sun in the water and the sun itself). Those areas are completely blown out so not sure what can be done about it. But I''ll try to "improve" it with mask etc
