.SRT files are the associated subtitle files which contain the data for elevation, time and other data. If you play the MP4 video with VLC media player it will add the SRT information to the playing video as long as the SRT file is in the same folder.

Connect your device and transfer the file using file explore. You need to understand the file folder structure on your device.

What does the flight log record show? That's where you should find the information. Just upload the .txt file to AirData.

Just upgrade with purchased of a mini 4. No need to go through your analyses. Just do it. Unless you business requires an upgrade there will never be a "need" to upgrade. Your current drone works fine, so just make the decision to upgrade or not; you seem to have all the information needed.
