First and foremost make sure you are 107 certified. Then have a discussion with the owners and come to an agreement on a package, I usually do 20 or so photos and 5 video clips and charge for that package, editing is extra.

I never use ND filters for photography, I do have a CPL that I leave on. Been photographing this way forever and seems to work just fine and produces beautiful images.
