    A2 C of C in the UK

Done the exam this morning, none of the feared technical issues surfaced ? Waited about 10 minutes after login (and as Macmad said), the Proctor was sometimes a little hard to understand, but it all went quite smoothly. Only one question came up that wasn't in the mocks.

Thanks for the advice. During the UAVHUB course, a delay in Procter appearance was mentioned. They talked about it being around 5 mins past the exam time...depending on where in the queue you are. However, 13 minutes would have given me a bit of stress, so thanks for your experience. Btw I'm...

A quick question about the exam itself via Examity. I don't normally use a webcam, so had to hunt out an ancient one in order to setup Zoom. I'm hoping to do the exam this Thursday, by which point I'll have a modern webcam available and tested. My question is, when the exam goes live, does...

If they are saying that on their website, they'll need to fix it asap. Out of curiosity, could you indicate where exactly on the website that quote is from? I can't find it myself, the only thing I could find is correct. Under "Which Drones need an A2 qualification" Below is a copy and paste...

Just signed up to the A2 CoFc at UVA HUB and to make matters even better, they have a Saturday £5 off offer today! Not quite all good news for me, I done my lower back in yesterday, it'll be a day or three, before I can sit through all those tutorial videos! lol Seriously though, if any others...

Welcome to the forum. Doing the course soon myself, got the same advice from many here. Take your time and go over the materials as many times as you need to.

Yes, it looks like the UAVHUB course is very well put together and I see the price is down or £99. I think I scanned by it earlier last week, when it was £139, but being hard up (like most us these days! lol) I immediately went to those offering £99 ;) I like the idea of all video and unlimited...

Thinking about using Pigs will fly too, seems pretty decent. For those of you who have done the course, can you tell me the exact requirements for the self certified flying part? Did you have any problems finding a legal (A3) area to fly in? I haven't flown my Mavic for months due to the...

MA2 from tomorrow - newbie clarification

I live in Northern Ireland and as you said in your original post danabnormal, going to A3 didn't at first seem to matter much to me either. However, initially I hadn't spotted that industrial, residential, built-up areas and parks, included take off and landings from a beach. Most of my...

What is the best small Android tablet to use with the Mavic Pro?

I've had a ZenPad Z580C since July this year, no problems so far using it with the Mavic Pro, aside from the recent generalised Android issue (now solved thank goodness) with DJi GO 4 ver 4.1.1800. Great snappy little tablet, enjoy :-)
