Mine did the same thing. I called support and after sitting on hold about 30 min it went to 2 lights and so on.

I also launched from my house, in the middle of the city, 4 blocks from the state prison and 3 miles from an airport. I have that same one pictured. I like it alot. Folds up easy and snaps right when removed. Works perfect with precision landing.
