That’s one of the problems I don’t like about the Mavic Pro. I was hoping they would have changed it on the M2P

I flew from Miami to Frankfurt in May of 2017 for vacation. No problems checking thru to Frankfurt or from Frankfurt to Miami. Never was asked about it or had to take it out of my carryon baggage.

My buddy took his Mavic with him and his family to the keys. His videos were basically filming them swimming in the water and snorkeling. He was 30’ or less above the water. I don’t see a problem with that.

Nice vid! At the 00:44 mark where you are flying sideways, is your gimbal roll off cuz the camera was pitched? All in all a very nice vid. I was up near Traverse City and got some good vid also.

Can u picture both ur Mavic and my Mavic each carrying one end of a net and catching his drone?! That would be cool but the logistics and coordination between us would be hard.

There is a website link somewhere on here that will allow you to input the serial number and it will tell you when it was manufactured. Maybe Steve Barnes or msinger has that link.
