You are correct. In my mind I was typing Traffic and somewhere between my brain and my fingers it typed Terrain. I have smacked the crap out of my offending hand and it has promised not to do it again.
TCAS or terrain collision and avoidance is not radar. The drone would have to have a transponder which would add a lot of weight.

In the states if you collided it would be your fault. Don't know the rules is your beautiful country. The Feds would have said you flew it and you couldn't see over the hills. I know, I know.
What we have here is a non incident. No hit, no near miss, no harm no foul. If there was blame the drone must always give way. No if, and or maybe's. If I were the drone guy, I would forget it ever happened. You must be an idiot drone guy to post that.
